EXHIBITIONS
the royal society of sculptors summer show 2025
BURGH HOUSE, NEW END SQUARE, LONDON, NW3 1LT
This year Polly Bielecka, Gallery Director for Pangolin Gallery London, has curated the exhibition. This year’s exhibition takes as its inspiration the innovative series of Post War touring exhibitions organised by the Arts Council under the title ‘Sculpture in the Home’. These exhibitions explored and celebrated the important role sculpture plays in a domestic environment. The Royal Society of Sculptors is delighted to take up residence at Burgh House this summer while their home, Dora House in South Kensington, is closed for building works.
For the second year in a row Sadie has had a sculpture selected for inclusion. The piece is called ‘Deer Copse’, and stands 26cms.
The exhibition runs from 17 July until 21 September, Open Wed, Thu, Fri & Sun
10am – 4pm

‘Listen to the Quiet’
rachel Bebb Contemporary Summer Exhibition
Sadie Brockbank will be participating in Rachel Bebb Contemporary’s Summer Exhibition, showing sculpture and textile collage.
Conservationist Harrison Ford’s heartfelt call to protect the tapestry of life is the inspiration for RBC’s summer exhibition, Listen to the Quiet. Drawing on E. O. Wilson’s vision and a message co-written with Pulitzer Prize-winning author Anthony Doerr, the short film highlights the vital importance of biodiversity, urging us to care for the “quiet voices… the systems that sustain life on Earth.”
The film from the E. O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation underscores how each thread of nature is essential – and how quickly those threads are being pulled. Creative practitioners – visual artists, musicians, photographers – help us witness nature’s wonder and remind us of our responsibility to future generations.
Saturday 17 May – 14 June, after which it will continue by appointment.
